What is a Marketing Plan?

A Marketing Plan is a very useful tool if you are planning to sell or rent a property because it allows interested parties to visualise the property without the need to visit in person.

It is an essential first step for perspective buyers and renters because it provides a clear representation of the property layout.
How does it work?

If you require a Marketing Plan, one of our assessors will need to visit your property to take accurate measurements.

Typically, they will require 30 minutes on site, with access to every room.

You will receive your finished Marketing Plan via email within 24 hours of the site visit.
Why do I need a Marketing Plan?

It is not a legal requirement to have a Marketing Plan so you do not need to have one but advertising a property without a Marketing Plan would put you at a disadvantage.
